Returns / Exchanges
At Glowish, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery of your purchase. We also accept returns of unused products within 7 days, although the shipping costs will be at your expense.
Replacements
If you receive a defective product or wrong order, we offer a replacement at no additional cost within 7 days. For defective jewelry, we accept replacements within 30 days as long as it is not a size problem.
Return Procedure
To start a return, refund or exchange process, follow these steps:
- Please take a photo of the product to help us verify any damage.
- Contact our customer service providing your order number and product details.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return label if applicable.
- Pack the product safely in its original packaging and send it back to the address we will provide.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure.
Exceptions and Special Conditions
- Customized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective.
- Returns must include the original packaging and any accessories.
- Glowish reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies.
Jewelry Replacement Policy
We only replace jewelry if the item received is damaged or there is an error in the order. We do not replace if you selected the wrong size, the wrong type of jewelry, or if you received a piece of jewelry of the same design (our surprise jewelry products are random).
We ensure that all jewelry included in our products goes through rigorous quality control to detect manufacturing defects. We recommend inspecting the jewelry within 30 days from the date of purchase for any issues. Manufacturing defects are covered by our 30-Day Jewelry Guarantee. Zircon jewelry and stones are delicate and should be handled with care. Zircon stone breakages due to improper handling (such as falling or hitting against hard surfaces, rings bent by external force) are not considered defects and are not covered if 30 days have passed since purchase.
Our replacement warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include negligence, loss of items, general wear and tear, chain breakage, and tarnishing. The warranty is void if the jewelry has been bent, engraved, altered or modified, damaged by accident or misuse, or discolored by outside substances. All metals tarnish over time; however, contact with substances such as hand sanitizers, cleaning agents, soap, cosmetic products, and acidic skin types may accelerate discoloration. Tarnishing and discoloration caused by these reasons are not covered by this warranty.
Scratches are not considered a manufacturing defect and are therefore not covered by warranty as they occur through everyday use, including wear and tear of plated surfaces. Physical contact and friction against other hard or rough surfaces will wear away the plated layer. This is considered general wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
